What are we doing to keep people safe during Covid-19?
We really care about the safety of our team and the children and families we work with.
Below is a summary of the five top things we are doing to keep people safe during the pandemic.
- We have reformed our Uniform Exchange into an online shop. This has greatly reduced the number of people on our premises at one time.
- The team are following strict guidance on social distancing and regular hand washing.
- Staff, volunteers and visitors are all required to wear a face mask.
- We have clear protocols in place, which we are ready to follow if anyone becomes unwell with Covid-19 symptoms either at home, or when on site.
- All donations of school uniform are being left for 72 hours before being washed on a hot wash.
- We have signage in place to direct customers to queue up outside the premises at two meters from one another whilst waiting to collect their order.
- Customers are served behind a Perspex screen.
